Autumn, 1909: I assumed that you could not support Her (ec) to Kor (ec) from MVU, it seems inconsistent with the rules for coasts.

Autumn, 1909: Yeah I've learnt this in one of my first games. There was a F in Gulf of Botnia supporting to StP from Barents. The ratio of the rule is that if a unit can move to a territory, it can also support support move to it. Coasts are a false problem. StP is StP. There aren't 3 different StPs... The only point with coasts is that, obviousely, Barents can move to StP only "landing" on its NC. But it's StP! :-)
