18 Jan 13 UTC | Spring, 1901: Hello and welcome |
18 Jan 13 UTC | Autumn, 1901: Hi, good luck! |
18 Jan 13 UTC | Spring, 1902: May I ask if it was intentional or accidental that you did not build a 3rd unit? |
18 Jan 13 UTC | Spring, 1902: I could only build 2 |
18 Jan 13 UTC | Spring, 1902: ops.. you're right! |
18 Jan 13 UTC | Autumn, 1903: so are you a webdipper that's new to this site? |
18 Jan 13 UTC | Spring, 1904: Yes, I used to play both on webdiplomacy.it and webdiplomacy.com. I "met" Guaroz on webdiplomacy.it, and when he "moved" here he suggested me to give it a try. It took some time, but here I am. |
18 Jan 13 UTC | Spring, 1904: I think you'll find it's a great site. Lot's of fun playing different variants and with different gameplay options. I switched over when the site began. I know Guaroz, good player, nice guy... we call him the "volunteer forum police" |
18 Jan 13 UTC | Spring, 1904: You're probably right. I see several features I like (e.g. the many variants; but also things like the reliability rating) that I couldn't find on other sites. And the "pool" of players looks definitely larger than on webdiplomacy.it |
21 Jan 13 UTC | Spring, 1905: I hope you don't mind that I slowed it down this last phase with save instead of ready |
21 Jan 13 UTC | Spring, 1905: It's perfectly ok. This time it was you who needed all the time, next time it will be me.. |
24 Jan 13 UTC | Spring, 1906: gg, well played |
24 Jan 13 UTC | GameMaster: Turkey voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat. |
24 Jan 13 UTC | Hi, thanks, you played very well, and it was a real challenge! But didn't you concede too early? If I'm not mistaken, this fall I should take Mun and Tun, but lose the italian SC; this would take me to 17. Next year(?) I'd take Par and get to 18, but I'm not 100% sure I'd be able to keep everything else. That said, I loved it, and learned a lot (e.g., i liked a lot the F Con->Aeg move in the first fall). I would be very happy about a repeat (with me playing Turkey?). Let me know. |
24 Jan 13 UTC | Now I see it: Bur->Par (guaranteed) Ber->Mun (with uncuttable supports from Ruh and Kie, with Pru cutting Sil, and Bal protecting Ber) WMe->Tun (with support from NAf, and Rome cutting TyS) |
