Autumn, 1902: GameMaster: France voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

I've spoken with everyone privately about drawing the game and starting over when R/T go in to CD.
England is the only country that wants to carry on. The reason he gave to me, was that he's already over the maximum number of games that his Reliability Rating allows, and needs another 4% so he can join one more.
I propose that if he insists on wasting our time, we kill him off then draw and start over. I'll be contacting you (France, Italy & Austria) shortly to set up a plan of action, that we can start this turn, to get that accomplished as quickly as possible.

Thank you. It's nothing personal, it's just that I can only play one press game at a time, due to my rl schedule, and games like this are completely unsatisfying.
