To my neighbor in France, are you interested in sticking to our respective sides of the Mediterranean rather than fomenting war on turn 1? Germany, I notice you have saved orders with no comm, I hope to hear from you soon. In the mean time, I'd be willing to support a German Switzerland and Vienna in exchange for me gaining Salzburg? Lastly to my English and Russian friends... Not much to discuss currently but I'm sure will have much to talk about soon. Best of luck to you.

08 Mar 13 UTC	Spring, 1938: A few more thoughts. France, I think that long term (especially if we end up not hearing from Germany), that a mutual defense pact could benefit us greatly where German westward and southward aggression is concerned. Britain, I see much value in us cooperating in the east. Having an ally in that sector could be highly beneficial for both of us. What are your thoughts? As such I'd like to propose that I advance no further east than Tobruk in Africa and that we keep Sahara (Lybia) and Sidi DMZ'd?

08 Mar 13 UTC	Spring, 1938: The deal in Africa seams fair and over all, if I wanted to have war with you directly (which I don't) I would have to go out of my way. So an alliance would be the most intelligent move to make.
