Spring, 1905: GameMaster: Austria voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Autumn, 1908: GameMaster: France voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

Thanks Doc, it certainly helped that Russia left. Italy, giving up was a bit disappointing too considering you could have potentially stopped me and forced a 3 way draw if he hadn't given up.
