GameMaster: Union voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

yea I wish it was in person because then misorders are way less common. I also thought you would attack miwake from chicao so I had upper peninsula supporting that attack while iowa went into chicago.
