12 Aug 14 UTC Spring, 1570: (rysk): Welcome Back!
13 Aug 14 UTC Spring, 1570: (Trubbis): Finally we can talk openly about a game again...
13 Aug 14 UTC Spring, 1570: (mheller1): I know, right?!
14 Aug 14 UTC Spring, 1570: (rysk): One more!
15 Aug 14 UTC Spring, 1570: Why do I always have the same neighbors in our non-anon games?!
15 Aug 14 UTC Spring, 1570: Not that I'm complaining about them. They're so smart and sexy...
15 Aug 14 UTC Spring, 1570: Thanks!
18 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 1570: Ok, so... Was anybody else caught off gaurd by the fact that this processed last night? I for one did not have final orders in place and my 'filler' orders were used rather than what I would have wanted once I got the comm back that I was hoping for.
18 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 1570: So I was thinking about that... I think the noProcess function is evaluated for UTC rather than any local time (since the players' time zones can be anywhere). I am pretty sure about this because I've had this site not recognize my local time when I visit it on my phone sometimes, and in that case it gives all times in UTC. Anyway, Monday UTC starts at 6pm Sunday here, so I think that's why this game and the anon game processed last night.
18 Aug 14 UTC Autumn, 1570: Oli (Moderator): If you do not want this game to process on specific days of the week, then check the appropriate day or days to restrict processing.
If a current phase falls on any of the selected days it will be extended by 24 hours until a day that is available for processing. However if all players 'ready' their orders the game will process as usual regardless of whether or not the extended 24 hours has been reached.
Days are processed according to standard CET time.

As the final process-time is set once the last phase has been processed the time in the upper left corner is always the time it will process, even if it does fall in the given noprocess weekday of your local timezone.
02 Sep 14 UTC Spring, 1572: My move is in. Sorry for the wait. It was very complicated navigating all of my possibilities.
02 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1572: Haha I love it Bernd. We'll have to start up a new game soon so we don't miss out on your dry humor. =)

Mike was saying Celtic Britain isn't so cutthroat.
04 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1572: That went badly...
04 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1572: Ganging up on the outsider, for shame... and well done, haha!
05 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1572: Revenge is a sauce best served cold...
05 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1572: Lol, I didn't force you to leave Omi wide open! Plus you never even tried to talk me out of the move...what did you expect? (assuming this is your beef)
22 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1574: Can we try to adjust this game processing time to something more like 6 or 7pm CST?? It's been a bit of a pain with the game processing in the middle of the work day... Just saying that makes me miss college....
22 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1574: If we do that we'll have turns process on Sunday. I double checked the time zone conversions, and assuming Oli above means CET and not CEST (no adjustment for summer time) then Monday CET starts at 5pm MDT here, 6pm CDT.

We can adjust it a bit later with good ready's on our next retreat/build phase. If everyone ready's next time then the last to ready can try to shoot for 4:50ish MDT, 5:50 CDT. Then after that we should avoid ready's (even on retreats) to keep the MWF as late as possible afternoon schedule.

Assuming you're still in the anon game and you would like a schedule change there as well, we can do the same thing.
22 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1574: If nobody is opposed to the change in this game I'd say its probably safe to assume we could make the adjustment in the other game as well. If there is opposition then we can maintain the current schedule, I was just throwing the idea out there.
22 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1574: Also, if there is an adjustment for summer time, then Monday starts at 4pm Sunday rather than 5. So it's possible if we adjust to 4:50ish then we'll have a Sunday turn process, but as Oli says the phase end in the top right is always correct so we should know that Friday and can readjust it afterwards.

I am down for this change. From my end as an easily distracted employee, it means I'll be more productive in the afternoons, which I'm all for.
