http://vdiplomacy.com/reliability.php You can take over countries in CD (to be found in the "open" section of the games tab), or wait and don't NMR while going through lots of phases :P

GameMaster: England voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
