06 Nov 14 UTC I was waiting for Egypt to stab Italy...
06 Nov 14 UTC Nickbar and Alcuin, great working with y'all. Thank goodness the rest of you couldn't stop attacking each other long enough to push me back... I never knew what to expect from you...
06 Nov 14 UTC Guaroz (Gamedirector): Great game mates! You can PM me if you want any clarification.
Please remember that this Round is still ongoing and that you will be allowed to make your comments, whether here on this Global or anywhere else, only when all the 4 games of this Round will be over (Rule 8).
Thank you!

PS. Sorry for the 3 guys who posted here above, you all get 1 TP penalty (or 1 more if you had already one)
06 Nov 14 UTC Guaroz (Gamedirector): The silence is ON.
25 Nov 14 UTC Guaroz (Gamedirector): Hi Everybody,
There's only one game left still ongoing, in this first Round. Nobody knows how long it will take, but in the meanwhile I thought that you could appreciate the following reminders.

Please everyone, start checking your own Integrity rate. If it's not good enough, you might be unable to join your next Round games.
You don't find everyday a good CD-position to take over and sometimes you don't find any at all. So please be smart, check now and often your Integrity rate and in case fix it asap.

Another good idea might be to brush up on the Rulebook. Months pass and you might forget something important. As usual, I'm available via PM if anything.

Thank you! :)

26 Nov 14 UTC Guaroz (Gamedirector): The silence is OFF and it will be for 3 days from now.
26 Nov 14 UTC I didn't understand the big push for a draw, but I joined in. Logic for your choices?
26 Nov 14 UTC Me neither to be honest :) but i saw a moment where i was very vulnarable from many sides so i was happy i got out of it with a few points in plus. The other game looked like as i could get myself into next tournament round there with 2 average performances.
26 Nov 14 UTC I went for a draw when it looked like Turkey would crush me, but then Italy backed off. I reckoned he'd only do that as long as I kept going for the draw.
26 Nov 14 UTC Since I had such a high benchmark, I hoped for a draw pretty much from the start. I think it'll be interesting to see if in future games countries just attack the highest benchmark and then take the draw as they then give themselves a better chance of advancing.

I was hoping that by pulling off Egypt he would attack Italy and give me breathing room, but that never happened. Prior to that, I figured Russia would eventually stab me (but likely after we both had clear sailing to draw positions), and I thought that Poland's strong position would stop him too. I ended up paying the price when he decided he could take the risk. I definitely messed up in several of those choices - with such strong players there's very little margin for error and you guys made me pay :)
