Spring, 1901: Ok, so Alex had a question about supply centers, you'll notice it says "Spring 1901" up in the left hand corner. Next phase is the Autumn phase, and after every autumn phase there is a "build" phase. During the build phase you build units up to the number of Supply centers (SCs) that you have. If you gained supply centers that year you get to build more units. If you lost SCs you have to destroy units.

Autumn, 1901: Note: since two units both tried to move to Burgundy they cancelled each other's moves out. If one of the units had been supported by a second unit (example, I had ordered my army in Paris to "support move to Burgundy from Marseilles" then my army in Burgundy would have moved into Burgundy and the army in Munich would have stayed in Munich

Spring, 1903: Ok, I have to leave to go to basically an extra math class, so I won't be able to submit my orders for the next turn until sometime around 3:30. After this phase progresses you can ready your orders and once I get back I'll make my orders and it will progress.
