That would give Mellisa a chance to talk in person with others about the fall phase before she leaves on vacation. Then she shouldn't need to talk much in the build phase and she'll have 5 days to coordinate spring moves for the following Monday.

19 Apr 15 UTC	Spring, 1550 BC.: Sounds good to me. We'll eventually want to ready up to get the process time off of 7pm, but for now a delay to Mon 7pm is best. We might want to extend the fall phase for Mellisa then.
