You all didn't make it easy. I knew the med was key as England so I focused on breaking in as quick as possible. Italy's NMR went a long my way to helping me get there a few turns early, and you all didn't pressure too much for Berlin and Munich. Scandinavia can't be held by Turkey against England in just about every scenario I know, so i just saved that till last. Even so, my line was touch and go there for a few turns in the med, but I managed to hold on.
