Autumn, 1908: GameMaster: Turkey voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

Wow, I didn't even see Germany until the final year. Congrats Kaug, you seem to be winning everything! I was basically tied down in the petty Balkans the entire game, and just as I made the breakthrough, the game ended...
