Autumn, 1863: Basic premise is one of numbers. If one person moves into an area and another person moves into it, they will bounce. If a person moves in with support, so it has the strength of two, it will dislodge a single person. If a person support holds one of their units, it has the strength of two.

GameMaster: Union voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
