18 Dec 16 UTC	Autumn, 1904: GameMaster: England voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
23 Mar 17 UTC	Spring, 1931: Captainmeme (Moderator): Hi everyone, Usually I would not do this, but this game is very clearly being purposefully delayed when the result has already been determined. If it has not finished by the end of this year, I will force a draw. If anyone has anything to say about this, please post in the Modforum (Mods link at the top right). 27 Mar 17 UTC	Я хотел захватить все 34 центра. Это требовало времени, кому не нравилось - могли нажать Concede. Но это мое право играть так, как я этого хочу. На каком основании хуев админ поставил ничью не понятно. Если и останавливать данную партию принудительно, то надо ставить мне победу. Почему ничья?!

27 Mar 17 UTC	Captainmeme (Moderator): There is no difference between winning with 18 centers and winning with 34 centers, even in PPSC. The winner will always be awarded 18/34 of the pot, with the remaining points being divided among the survivors according to their SCs relative to one another. Even if everyone else is eliminated, the winner still only gets 18/34 of the points, and the rest would be divided up among all of the defeated players evenly. We told you that the game would be drawn if you did not win this year. You had the capability to win this phase, and decided not to do so (by convoying out of Belgium and moving out of Edinburgh) so the game was drawn.

27 Mar 17 UTC	Для меня есть значение! Захват 34 центров это интересная тактическая задача. Для этого нужно время, поэтому я не брал Бельгию и Единбург в этом году. Неужели это так сложно понять? Я играю так как хочу. Законом не запрещено пытаться захватить все центры. И я писал в ваш хуев админ-форум сообщение, что игру останавливать не надо. Какое право вы имели прерывать игру??? Почему Турок не мог нажать Concede, если он устал ждать официального факта своего поражения?! Я выиграл эту партию, а вы сделали ничью. Админы хуевы.
28 Mar 17 UTC	Thanks for the draw, mods. This was getting silly. Well played by France in the early game though. But France, you were warned. If you wanted to win you could have, but you chose to ignore the commands. Live with the consequences.
