Yea that turn gonna cost me the game. I didn't notice Nebraska bordered Missouria. I certainly would have had Kansas tap NEB if I'd noticed.

GameMaster: Confederacy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
