Spring, 1901: cool.
there are two unique things about this map.
the grey areas are supported neutral sites, so you need two unit to take them
and you can transform from Army to Fleet and vice versa if you spend a turn in one of your SCs.

GameMaster: Green voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

yeah, it is unique, but it is completely balance on each side, so it is a fun one to play
