Anyone seeking to gain an SC from France has only to ask, and I will support you in, with no thoughts of repercussion. I may be the first to die, but before I go I will make sure that France is in no state to win this game.

13 Feb 17 UTC	Autumn, 955: So ... through brilliance, superior tactical deployment of an inferior amount of units, aswell as favourable diplomatic treaties, the Slavic Nations might very well be able to get to 26 cities. Thus winning the game according to all the rules agreed upon by all parties at the onset of this match. But they will never get the Popular Vote, so does it really count?
