Austria refused, England wont since I tried to bounce him out of Norway(didnt work due to he had support), you wont since you seem hell bent on killing me(and I assume you are the one who told Turkey my moves so he knew that Rumania was vulnerable), and Turkey attacked me right off... so I am surrounded by enemies except Austria, who doesnt want to attack anyone right now.
