19 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1649: I have a rule query. If a cavalry unit is ordered to move two spaces & is bounced out of his intended destination. Has he moved one centre or has he bounced all the way back to his starting position? |

19 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1649: How do you know that? Is it via experience in a game or have you seen a version of the rules that is not on the Variant Rules site? I know it is just a game, but in real life they would not end up where they started, but where they were prevented from advancing any further. ie:- one space forward if available for occupancy. |
20 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1649: it's via experience. |
20 Aug 11 UTC | Autumn, 1649: Logical thoughts. If a army get a impossible order they will act like they got the order hold. If this rule would be changed the creator would mention it. |
