Spring, 901: Captainmeme (Moderator): Hi all,
I'm about to switch around the countries, but there's an issue that needs to be resolved before you start. One of the players signed up for this game (and game 8) has not visited the site for a week and is currently in Civil Disorder in all of their games, including some of the previous games in this series.
I don't think it's a good idea to start the game with this player in it, so it will stay on pause until a replacement is chosen.
