26 May 23 UTC | Good game! Congratulations Portugal! I was trying to set up to be the last supply center over in South America keeping each of you and England at 24, but that was foiled. |
26 May 23 UTC | Good game! I should have taken the draw :( |
27 May 23 UTC | Good game everyone! Spain was making strong moves in the midgame, I really didn't think I had any chance of winning. France, it was a nice strategy to be the buffer between the two solos, but from my point of view I thought you were surrendering to England entirely. Also, anyone else think this map is hard to read? I definitely did not forget Gorée was still French in those last turns haha. |
27 May 23 UTC | It's incredibly hard to read. I only got used to it because of playing multiple in this wonderful Finkelboat series. I now really like the tactics of the maps and how the countries are all mixed up and engaging with each other at once. It is funny Portugal, I thought I'd have to give up some SC to you but the gains were so fast in your SC count I couldn't hand mine over to England fast enough! I hadn't thought enough about how difficult it is for England to get units facing Portugal. |
27 May 23 UTC | Besides the difficult colors (which make me turn off night light mode on my phone), you'll also see Azores as owned by Portugal in big map view. |
27 May 23 UTC | Yeah, you're right about that, this map can get a fun free-for-all going |
