18 Feb 12 UTC | Spring, 1903: No, I'd say it's not. |
18 Feb 12 UTC | Spring, 1903: Austria seems to have a rather large advantage in this matchup. |
18 Feb 12 UTC | Spring, 1905: agreed |
18 Feb 12 UTC | Spring, 1905: either that or were not playing Germany properly. |
18 Feb 12 UTC | Well, I can't imagine what should be done differently. We fought the battle for the neutral zone largely to a draw (I think both Austrias eventually win that fight if we keep on) while focusing basically everything east. If we try to go west at all to balance things out, then Austria overruns the east and is probably taking German home centers... The one game I won as Germany was really aberrant anyway, I grabbed Trieste and Austria grabbed Munich the first year (armies ran past each other in the Tyl/Boh corridor), so I think more conventional results will show consistent Austrian victories. |
