05 Apr 12 UTC	Spring, 1939: (Holy_Crusader2113): Ah, so in essence it prevents stabs. I guess if everyone else is up for it I am too. It sounds interesting. They have to declare war on them before they attack correct. They cannot attack and then say we declare war on (insert country name).

So spring 1940, I might say, Mussolini declares war on USSR, (unlikely), I am then free to attack in autumn 1940, NOT spring 1940. Essentially, after a declaration, you have to wait a turn.. It's fun, I'm happy, what does everyone else think? Or we could just play a normal game :p
