06 Jun 12 UTC	Autumn, 1873: I knew this ahead of time, but its still really disappointing that I am the only one that can't claim HK as an SC. I also don't like the lack of Siberian railroad, but fortunately that's only Russia's concern. Realistically I can't see any reason why HK wouldn't be considered, although I'm not sure if HK was as much a trading hub back then as it is now. However, for the map, the only reason I can see that I am not allowed it, is to encourage initial trust with Britain or France.
