Spring, 1939: Forgive a newbie question....please let me know about the army in Serbia. Is this a civil disorder force that needs taking with support? |

Spring, 1939: Yugoslavia (believe thats how its spelt) was a nuetral country during world war 2 until attacked. I think they put that army there to represent thast, but someone else probably has a better answer |

Spring, 1939: it's a neutral non-player army which does not move, and disbands if displaced by an attack with superior support. |
