No kids - although I'm sometimes a big kid myself lol - but willing to help kids learn (and I'm sure I will learn in the process too).
Never have swear/offensive bombs so my communications are perma-G-rated.

Thanks guys. It might be a little while, but I appreciate it and I will let you know when the time comes for this. My son has been playing a bit but hasn't exactly gotten hooked yet. I don't want Diplomacy to be like a chore for him that I'm constantly having to remind him to do, so I will wait until he is asking for a bigger game. In the meantime if there are other young ones looking to learn, I will always be willing to participate in an educational game.

And I have a younger brother, He's 13 years old and already has created an account here. Unfortunately we aren't from an anglophone country and he doesn't speak English well. But if you, Dr., would like to let these two boys play 1v1 I can ask my brother and he'll maybe accept...

Is this about the future of diplomacy? I have some ideas regarding it. I've been able to recruit many people from my school and I think others can do the same.

Hi Matthew, it is primarily about even younger people interested in learning -- i.e. my 11 year-old son -- but it's not like there's any cutoff age. I was seeking players willing to participate in educational games on that level, and I'm grateful for the response.

Regardless, there's no reason not to use this thread to discuss any ideas you have. It's great to see so many people from your school engaging with the game here.

I would say it is best to find somewhat aggressive people who are willing to recruit others without giving up when they say "maybe"
