02 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 1808: GameMaster: Denmark voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
19 Nov 17 UTC Gg, I hoped I'll win but because everyone started to attack me, there was no other way than draw.
I enjoyed this game a lot. But I found pretty hard to win (I watched another games also) at this map. It's because the map is quite big, but there are not that many SCs...
19 Nov 17 UTC I'm not sure - I thought you had a shot at the win still since you only needed two more SCs, and I was going to have to coordinate a defense and counter offensive with Spain (and Denmark's final unit), which can be tricky with no comm. We should have taken Christiana back next turn (assuming the Danes and I cut Nordland and Dalarna so that Spain could support a unit in), but there were weak spots elsewhere. Gg regardless.
19 Nov 17 UTC And Italy moving East Med to Ionian looks a bit confused about the situation and worrying about Spain still when he should have been going all out at Russia. Or maybe that was to help cover Venice? Not sure there.
19 Nov 17 UTC a draw? seriously?

was the first game where i actually missed a turn... but would have delayed me getting killed probably only a bit. fighting britain and spain (and an opportunistic naples) is not easy.

doc and i dead at the same time? that's a new one ↖(^▽^)↗
19 Nov 17 UTC GG all. Yeah the gunboat aspect made it real hard to eventually cement an alliance with England after butting heads countless times.

Thanks to Italy for quickly getting it pretty quick.

And a big hat tip to Russia for steamrolling through Europe. If we didnt get our shit together in time your solo was a given. That said the decision to draw was the right one as I could see the alliance slowly clawing back SCs.

Well played all on a challenging map.
19 Nov 17 UTC Ah, the old 1-centre draw. Very nice. I had put in my move to Dalarna, so Christiania would have fallen.
19 Nov 17 UTC Sweden was such a pest to me at the start of this game, supporting France into Altona in the first year, and I was crippled. I'm happy to have outlasted them both. :-)
19 Nov 17 UTC its probably not the best move for france to take out altona, as it removes a potential balancer of britain early. but we are all new to this map :)
