Ohhh, I didn't realize this was one of the old PPSC games. I was wondering why USA kept attacking me so close to the solo.

Good game! I had that same realization way back in 1846 when USA took Austen while Spain was at 15 SCs... really was a close battle, different countries looked like they'd come out on top fo awhile.
