24 Jun 20 UTC Autumn, 2000: Honestly, Peru is pretty good. You get the two confirmed SCs in Ecuador and La Paz along that third option in Islas Juan Fernandez. Colombia isn't that bad either, with the benefit of being located in a secluded corner and again two SCs, assuming they don't attempt to attack Peru off the bat.
