| 29 Oct 25 UTC | Spring, 1454: Let's get this party started! |
| 21 Nov 25 UTC | Spring, 1461: GameMaster: Ferrara voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has. |
| 24 Nov 25 UTC | Autumn, 1462: GameMaster: Someone has taken over Napoli replacing "GaiusSeius". Reconsider your alliances. |
| 08 Dec 25 UTC | GG everyone |
| 08 Dec 25 UTC | oh crap it ended |
| 08 Dec 25 UTC | ggs |
| 08 Dec 25 UTC | Thanks Fssuarts for stopping your offensive, giving me the chance to defend myself from the Venetian ;) |
| 08 Dec 25 UTC | I can hardly say GGs. I never stood a chance to begin with. what an unbalanced variant for me and turkey |
| 08 Dec 25 UTC | especially in gunboat |
| 08 Dec 25 UTC | Yea I forgot why I don’t like this variant in gunboat form. Now I remember lol. |
| 08 Dec 25 UTC | Yeah, this variant is terrible on gunboat |
| 08 Dec 25 UTC | Yeah! |
| 08 Dec 25 UTC | Well done everyone! Napoli, I reckon a two-way draw was in the cards. Roma was out of my reach anyway. What do you think? |
| 08 Dec 25 UTC | I also think it would have been technically possible, but to betray the others in their brave fight against a solo was morally impossible. :-) |
| 08 Dec 25 UTC | GG. I felt annoyed that Firenze and Genoa had kept fighting me while I was trying to fight the larger powers. |
| 09 Dec 25 UTC | I was initially trying to stop Venezia, but Napoli took advantage of that and attacked me. It seemed like an obvious "if you attack me, then Venezia wins" situation, so I set out to make that happen. Then the Napoli leader quit, and it was clear that even with me trying to give Venezia the game, it was going to be a slog. Since the stalemate was so trivial to set up, I changed to that strategy for the sake of expediency. But yeah, it's clear why this map can't be played for vPoints. It's completely luck of the draw whether you get a viable starting position or not - and the stalemate lines are horrendous. Good game, all. |
