In fact the first version of this was online sometime last summer, but I'm happy to see that this feature still gets "discovered". ;-)

Just some info:
There is another "big" update waiting to be put online that adds support for many variants so all in all 40 variants will support this feature (most popular variants, Classic variants, the variants with the largest maps). If everything is ok with the update, it will be also possible that variant creators can perform the few needed but easy steps on the lab to activate the feature for their new variants without any knowledge of the code.

So for everyone who didn't discovered the feature so far:
It can be activated or deactivated in the settings menu.
In the settings you have also some more options concerning the Interactive Map.
Since there was changed something in the file structure only very few variants support this feature at the moment:
- Classic
- ClassicVS
- Modern2
- WWIV
- WWIV_V6

And a tip for users with mobile devices:
I'm not an expert, but I think mobile browsers are a bit slower and probably don't have that much RAM. This could cause some problems, especially on large maps.
At least on my mobile using the interface on the WWIV map with territory-grey-out enabled (see settings) will surely crash the browser, since there is much going on in the background and my algorithm is probably not the best. Deactivating territory-grey-out solves the problem but the reaction of the interface is still a bit slow on my mobile (orders need around a second to be added on the map).
