Rules are you can't attack anyone/support anyone unless you announce it in public press the turn before.
eg in Spring 1901 Venice can't walk into Trieste if the Austrian fleet goes to Albania. Instead Italy would need to declare war on Austria in spring, but not move Venice until Fall 1901.
Now this obviously makes the game harder, but being a savvy Diplomat, I'm sure you can work the board!
Doesn't worry me if its normal press or public press.Obviously with the need to publicly declare war/an alliance gunboat isn't an option, unless that is the spirit a public press game is to be played. As its a hairy concept I'm fine too if we make it unrated.
So what would constitute breaking the rules if you didn't declare war?
I'm guessing you move into another player's SC or a territory their unit is in. Two players bouncing in a neutral territory or vacant sea territory does not constitute breaking the rules.
Open to whether it is allowed or not allowed to bounce/move into a notionally player held non-SC territory ie Wales, Clyde, Yorkshire, Finland, Livonia, Ukraine,Ruhr, Silesia, Prussia, Picardy, Burgundy, Gascony, Piedmont, Tuscany, Apulia, Armenia and Syria.
Who's interested? Ideally aiming for 7 in a Classic map, but if we get more/less happy to do another map.
