In situations like this let the mod-team know who your friends are and we can put you into a RL-friend group. There are a number of groups who meet on this site to play games with their friends only. The problems begin when these groups spill over into other games. If you are in a RL-friend group (as nominated by the mods) then a small message is given at the start of a game notifying players that 'x' knows 'Y' in real life.

As for exactly what a livestream is - I'm as much in the dark as GOD. Care to enlighten us?

I thought it's against the rules if I actually knew people outside the game. (Sorry I didn't see the mods option) I'm still a little new.

A live stream is basically a live video recording of yourself playing a game. The stream is live for people to watch and make comments in the chat for each video.

Yea in fact twitch is a popular streaming platform for a lot of online games - but I didn't expect a Diplomacy stream either.

Why December? That's ages away.

Because that's when we will all be together. Our friend kirby is coming out in December so we want to do it. If your asking why not now or the months before december ,all of us are going to be caught up in school and well education comes first.

Couldn't you do the live stream on a Saturday or Sunday during school? Or does your school go all week? Were I go to school, we have weekends off and occasional days off due to professional development. December is what, 4 months away? Most people wont have patients to wait that long or you should've waited to post this unit October or early November.

Yes but I'm in high school still the other three are in college plus my friend CM works on the weekends and I occasionally do.
Kirby lives In Michigan. He said he is coming down to see us for a whole month or two.
So we want to do a lot of things. Hell I already made a list of stuff we need to do for his visit. And it was my idea to add a vdip stream to the list. We want to have a war between all 4 of us.

I am in highschool as well. I hope your live stream can be fastened a little earlier but if not I SUPPOSE I can wait until December. Good luck!
