13 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1901: Alright then! This is your first game, so I'll go really easy on you.
First thing to note, you can either click on the link: 'Board' at the top of the page to refresh the screen, or you can click on one of the chat icons. Since this is a 1v1 game, you can only chat globally, or take personal notes. For Global, everyone can see what you write, but when the chat icon is labelled with a country's name, only they can see what you send them. Communication is the basis for Diplomacy! You cannot win without deceiving your opponents, but since this is a two-player game, there's really no need for communication other than for me to tell you how to do things...
13 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1901: Ah, yeah. We enter orders at the same time, and then you can see them resolved when the turn advances. The turn will advance either when the timer runs out, or when all players have selected 'ready.'

Since the goal is to capture 18 Supply Centers, you're going to want to move all of your units. SC's can only be captured at the end of the fall phase. Since this is the fall phase, you can move Kiel to Holland and capture that Supply Center. You could also move Tyrolia to Vienna and capture that Supply Center.
