16 May 11 UTC Spring, 1998: FUUAAARRKK, COME AT ME BROOOOO
16 May 11 UTC Spring, 1998: apologies for this message, i accidently left myself logged on at school with these consequences.
28 May 11 UTC Autumn, 2000: I voted for a pause because the internet at my house was down. It's back, so unless someone else needs a pause, I will cancel.
31 May 11 UTC Autumn, 2001: HELP!!! HELP!!! Turkey is picking on me! Mommy!!!!
09 Jun 11 UTC Spring, 2005: Where is that airstrike on Cairo, Israel and Adana that I called in?
13 Jun 11 UTC Autumn, 2005: Sorry folks. I had a thunderstorm down a tree into my power lines on Saturday. Being without power, in a word, sucks.
13 Jun 11 UTC Autumn, 2005: Well, I think that fact just means we should all accept a draw now rather than taking advantage of the random act of nature!
13 Jun 11 UTC Spring, 2006: I'm sorry to hear that :( However, I gained minimal benefit from it, aside from making the map look a tiny bit more yellow, so I'm loath to call it off now when I'm so close!
14 Jun 11 UTC Autumn, 2006: I agree that when you are that close you have to try for it. However, I must point out that if your plan to solo includes S holds across the face of the map sans Africa for a whole turn, then your chance is slipping.

I grant you that was the Spring moves, so holding may have been wise to see what you can take advantage of in the Fall. However, if you think you are stalemated, as so many S holds would indicate, I think the choice is clear. You took full advantage of a sleeping Russia and Egypt in this game. Please consider the fight Poland has put up in resistance to date as opposed to hoping to catch another lucky break.
14 Jun 11 UTC Autumn, 2006: Thank you for your concern. I'm not waiting for another lucky break - I was waiting for autumn. I agree that my chance is slipping but I'm still going to try. Please consider that it's not my fault you missed a turn, or that my neighbours left, instead of hoping I'll give up a thoroughly enjoyable game :) Good luck everyone!
14 Jun 11 UTC Autumn, 2006: Not at all. It's the nature of the game. Sometime RL gets in the way. Darn that intrusion!
14 Jun 11 UTC Autumn, 2006: I think we should all crush Turkey!!! Yes, defiant to the last! :-)
14 Jun 11 UTC Autumn, 2006: :( just like the real Ottomans, I can't quite get Vienna!
14 Jun 11 UTC Autumn, 2006: Reminds me..... I should get to working on those walls...... they've only been down what a couple of centuries?
14 Jun 11 UTC Autumn, 2006: :p who would have thought it would be so hard to conquer all of Russia?
14 Jun 11 UTC Autumn, 2006: Let's see... Napoleon, Hilter, ... :-)
16 Jun 11 UTC Hey guys, it's been a great game and you've done really well to contain me. Thanks for playing, I think that a draw is the best result for all of us now! One thing I can say about having 30 units, is it's a real pain to input the orders!
16 Jun 11 UTC unless of course you want to fight on.
16 Jun 11 UTC I don't want to win just because France doesn't turn up.
16 Jun 11 UTC Thankyou for your fairness, it's been a great game, and tell me about it! I'm in a modern game as russia, with 27 units, and each phase is like project.
