22 Sep 13 UTC	Autumn, 1942: GameMaster: Germany voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

25 Sep 13 UTC	Spring, 1943: It would be one thing if France were the only one who missed phases, but both Russia and Germany have missed several as well. I see no reason to essentially reset a game for those who have contributed to the less than ideal conditions.
25 Sep 13 UTC	Spring, 1943: I would agree but i put in phases and everything a normal player should do and was focusing on the players that left or have not put in phases to allow you and me to split the points of the players that did not submit orders in the phase time they signed up for... but now you just stab me...
25 Sep 13 UTC	Spring, 1943: I have discussed the issue with an outside player, and I have come to the conclusion that I was wrong to stab you Britain. I will move back to my centers this year and aim for a draw after Russia is eliminated.
