15 May 11 UTC	Spring, 1901: I mean, you think Oli would grant temporary mod status to either me you or fasces to switch country powers if it didn't work out how we want it?(I know its possible to switch players and countries)
15 May 11 UTC	Spring, 1901: I don't know what that entails, I doubt it would be as easy as pressing a button that says switch players, it may require diving into the code of the program. as far as probability goes, it's a 25% chance of getting each country (50% first time multiplied by 50% second time) I though the algorithm to give countries evenly would be in play, but maybe not.
