11 Mar 15 UTC Spring, 1868: GameMaster: Someone has taken over Holland replacing "Zach0805". Reconsider your alliances.
07 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1872: GameMaster: China voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
07 May 15 UTC [Turkey]:Third place is pretty good for my first Imperial game, I think.

Britain: You were a very worthy rival for control of the greater Arabian Sea region; I think that single space is the one that changed hands more than anyone else the whole game. You always kept me on my toes in terms of trying to get at me through some new front or sneaking a unit through my lines. Unfortunately I don't think I would be able to make any further headway against you from this position; the only thing that stole any joy for me from taking one of your provinces was seeing you still get another build anyway! Probably should have tried to sail into the wild blue yonder the few times I was in Gulf of Manaar or M. Channel.

Prussia: Thanks for being a peaceful neighbor after some initial border skirmishing. I was sorely tempted to take Piedmont from you at some point, but you could have grabbed Georgia at any time, and probably Valencia too, so it would've been a wash. Sorry that our orders never lined up for me to properly support you into Bay of Biscay.

Russia: Same general thoughts on being a peaceful neighbor. I thought you had me for sure at the beginning of the game. Sorry for backstabbing you, but you did leave yourself open in Central Asia at the same time you removed any leverage over Georgia. I was actually going to leave Khiva open and support you in defending against Japan, but I guess it didn't pan out that way.

CSA & Japan: Well done on such explosive growth. I wish we would've had a chance to fight each other sooner than the stalemate.
07 May 15 UTC [CSA]:My EoG is simple: USA suicided all his centers to me, then I stabbed my Mexican ally for control of the Western Hemisphere. I had a tacit alliance with Britain at one point, then stabbed him pretty ineffectually. It's tough to grow past a certain point on this map.
07 May 15 UTC [Russia]:I'm surprised I lasted as long as I did. Everyone started coming at me from the start. Whenever I tried to turn and defend one direction, another would stab from the other direction. Turkey, we were doing fairly well at holding back Japan and Britain together with Prussia accepting the stalemate line. But when you then decided to take the only center I had left open (in order to hold off the Japanese) I gave up and decided to keep you from getting any more from me. Obviously my tactical skills in non-mail games does not work as well as my diplomatic skills in mail games.... I need to pay more attention to the mail/press settings when joining a game... ;-)
07 May 15 UTC [Turkey]:Russia, I spent most of the game afraid that you would sneak into Tabrize somehow and cause chaos in my heartland, so that's why I tried to stay friendly. But by the time you moved away from Tehran, I didn't see any other possible route of expansion for me (getting into Bengal from Tibet was my current longshot plan, but that didn't pan out either).
07 May 15 UTC [Turkey]:Not to mention that I thought at the end that you would psych me out and go for Karachi... It almost made me come up with a complicated reshuffling of half my troops around the Arabian Sea (that Britain would have foiled since he moved to Hyderabad) but fortunately I thought better of it and just decided to risk Khiva; I could lose Khiva and still maintain a stalemate line.
07 May 15 UTC [Russia]:Turkey, I tried to send my peaceful vibes across via the web, but apparently they didn't get thru the network. I tried everything I could, mostly supporting your centers, to show my intentions. I never had any interest in attacking you once we had the defense going against China and Japan. I don't think I made any aggressive moves to make you feel so worried about me. But heck, that;s what the game boils down to... who can you trust, and for how long?!! I'm not upset, like I said, I thought I was gone long ago...
07 May 15 UTC [Turkey]:If we could have both moved away from the Iran region, that would've been ideal... but then, that's game theory for you.
