06 Apr 15 UTC	Autumn, 1902: Russia's coming to press on you Italy. I can stop the build up here in Norway ( I intentionally let him in knowing I could kick him out). Do what you can to keep him to just two builds this year and get some of your own. Spain and Portugal are yours when you need them. I will continue to honor our DMZ. No worries. So you need not worry about rushing to get them before me. I will block him at Ber and Mun so Sil is useless to him.
