Spring, 1911: GameMaster: Russia voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

Thanks for a great game. I realised that my fight with England had taken to long and my chances for a solo were gone. We are lucky the stalemate line was accomplished just in time (and with some luck;)
