15 Jul 16 UTC	Spring, 1902: Can I tell you all something. There is a player which is not playing (Austria). My strategy counted on this player which missed the last phase. You could say that it's normal...usually players leave the game. What I'm asking is: can we vote all for cancel or draw? This game will not be equal. If we want to play an equal game this is the way we must take. Otherwise we can keep on playing...but the victory will be too easy!

16 Jul 16 UTC	Autumn, 1902: GameMaster: Russia voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
