Autumn, 1901: The game counts cities every two turns, so on the second turn you want your men in them and then you can build more. Keep the guy you moves there but move your other two guys toward other cities. You don't need to worry about keeping guys in places you already own unless someone is trying to take them

GameMaster: Red voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
