Spring, 1906: GameMaster: Russia voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

Sorry for the early stab, England. I really didn't want to, but the way my armies were positioned I didn't see any other choice. I tried my best to keep you alive though, and I'm happy you survived.
