18 Feb 19 UTC	GOD (Moderator): Germany and Russia have been making arrangements outside of this website, breaking the site rules. Sadly the effects this had on the gameplay is not reversible, so this game will be set to unrated to guarantee that no disadvantages will happen. You can play it out or simply vote for a draw/end of the game. Sorry for the inconvenience.
18 Feb 19 UTC	GameMaster: Italy voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
18 Feb 19 UTC	GameMaster: France voted for a Cancel. If everyone votes Cancel all points will be refunded and the game will be deleted from the database.
18 Feb 19 UTC	What I'd like to know is, how did you figure out they were cheating? (I just went through the game and all I saw was some suspicious not-fighting-over-Edinburgh going on. But no one in-game could see that, unless a moderator looked at the game?) Thank-you to you who did.
18 Feb 19 UTC	I didn't blow the whistle, although I saw Russia take Edi and England's Wales removal once I'd got into Lpl... I had expected Russian interference in Germany's steamroller at that point ... Dr, you must have been delighted to see my F WMS disappear! And Yoshi, attacking both France and Russia with those unemployed German fleets? Tsk, tsk!
