GameMaster: Union voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Yeah. On this one, I was worried about a naval breakthrough, but as long as the main theater stayed on the continent, I was going to prevail. I enjoyed the games. I hope we get to play again sometime. If you want to play this particular map again, just let me know. I love it.
