Good game! It was hard playing as Poland being stuck between a strong Germany and a Russia will an edge position, meaning I had to make myself Germany's loyal sidekick, making zero net progress against Turkey and Russia over the years while Germany grew rapidly. Eventually I sensed Germany was about to make a final push for solo so I contacted Russia, Spain and Turkey, amazingly we were able to form a coalition and drive back the for some reason unsuspecting Germany (since you were making a solo push, shouldn't you at least have a plan in case I stabbed you?) Then, with Russia's NMR I made peace with Germany to grab the SCs and narrow the draw, while essentially betraying Spain. Turkey then launched an all out attack on me, which had surprised me, since I thought it was impossible to have a two draw (I later checked the specifications of this game and realized that for this game at least, a two way draw between Germany and Turkey was indeed possible, which made me really nervous in later dealing with Germany in case he ever found out about this fact. Before I found out though, I made a long and given the context ridiculous set of demands towards Turkey, which probably is why Turkey thereafter completely ignored me), so it seemed like Turkey was making a push for solo, and convinced Germany of this to get him to stick by my side, even when I displayed signs I clearly still didn't trust him. I feel pretty lucky to make it to the end, especially given how much I languished in the early to mid game! |

Good game, this was an interesting one, to say the least. I might have to save that message from you Poland, it was definitely the most emphatic message I've ever seen in a diplomacy game |

I sent it assuming you were being stupid and a tough response reminding you that you can't solo will get you to back off. Imagine my horror and self-cringe at realizing you and German could in fact have done a two way draw! Did you follow up with a diplomatic effort towards Germany? |

You could have just told me that you were gonna draw after I was dead, would have spared me the confusion |

Could you send the message turkey? I’m kind of curious what Poland said :o |
