Would you get angry if someone else took them? Or are they just another neutral SC and the background color makes no difference?

27 Jan 21 UTC	Autumn, 2020: [Georgia]:It really is more of a formality, but they do provide a convenient excuse to declare war for infringing on 'spheres of influence.' I consider real claims on centers to be predicated on distance from home centers- if you can't reach the SC on the first year, you can't object to someone else taking it that year either.
27 Jan 21 UTC	Autumn, 2020: [Romania]:the color has no bearing on who should take it. This map is a little more ambiguous, but europa renovatio is clear that some scs in another country should be taken by another. for example poland should take SPI, PDL, and VLH.
