Spring, 1905: GameMaster: England voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

I really struggled to make a friend in this game. The attack by the English surprised me a bit, expected them to defend against the French. At least I got to keep Berlin in the end.

Well, I don't know where I could hamper France movement, so knowing it is PPSC, I just attack Turkey leisurely and not stabbing Italy so he could attack France.
