Autumn, 3: GameMaster: Carthage voted for a Cancel. If everyone votes Cancel all points will be refunded and the game will be deleted from the database.

Spring, 8: GameMaster: Egypt voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

I guess it is because it is a WTA, but it is strange that I end with more supply centers, but lose more points... perhaps because I am giving more up to the winner?

You lost more points than Egypt because you had a higher ranking, even with more SCs, as I understand it. Greece and I didn't lose any ranking because we took over from someone else.
